1. Services Offered

AICaller.com is a no-code AI phone call automation platform, enabling businesses to deploy AI voice agents to handle inbound and outbound calls at scale. Services include voice cloning, multilingual support, call analytics, and CRM integrations.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws related to automated calling or data processing
  • Use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
  • Resell access without a commercial license
  • Circumvent or reverse-engineer our systems

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except under specific refund clauses. You authorize AICaller to process recurring charges via your selected payment method.

5. Data Privacy, HIPAA, and GDPR Compliance

AICaller.com is committed to protecting your data.

HIPAA Compliance: We offer HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for healthcare clients upon request. Users are responsible for entering into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us if handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

GDPR Compliance: We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users based in the EU must ensure lawful basis for data processing and provide appropriate consent for recorded calls.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, content, trademarks, and technology on AICaller.com are the intellectual property of AI Boost L.L.C-FZ and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for Enterprise Users

For users on Enterprise plans, we provide the following SLA:

  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Response Time: Critical issues responded to within 2 business hours.
  • Support Access: Priority email and live chat support.

Failure to meet the SLA may entitle enterprise clients to service credits as outlined in their contract. Please contact your account manager for SLA documentation.

8. Refunds & Credit Policy for Failed Calls

We monitor all AI-generated calls for performance and quality.

Failed Call Definition: A call that did not connect due to a platform error, or where the AI agent failed to respond correctly due to system fault.

Credit Policy: For verified failed calls, users will automatically receive credits back to their account within 48 hours.

Refunds: Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases and at our discretion. To request a refund, email [email protected] with call logs and details.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for any violation of these Terms, including abuse, fraud, or non-payment. Terminated accounts may lose all data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AICaller.com is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access, though we strive for high performance and availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

AI Boost L.L.C-FZ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of AICaller.com means you accept any changes. Check this page regularly for updates.
